Care Connection Services is an established company that was founded by Hamdi Omar, RN and Amina Haji Ahmed, RN in 2021. We have made our mission to provide caring support for individuals with disabilities, enabling them to lead enriched lives in their homes and communities.

Registered Nurses with 15+ years of experience who also hold public health nurse (PHN) licenses will oversee all the service provided to you on daily basis.
